- Accepted formats: PDF (preferred), JPG, PNG, PSD
- Visiting card size: 92x53mm
- Make sure all files are flattened and print-ready
- Minimum resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch)
- Low-resolution files may appear pixelated or blurry in print
- Use CMYK color mode for accurate color output
- RGB files may result in color shifts when printed
- Keep important text and design elements at least 5mm from the edge
- Convert text to outlines/curves or embed fonts
- Ensure all text is legible and within the safe area
- Carefully check your design before uploading
- We are not responsible for spelling or layout errors in submitted files

What file formats do you accept?
A: We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI, and PSD. PDF is preferred for best results. -
What resolution should my file be?
A: Files should be at least 300 DPI to ensure sharp, high-quality prints. -
Should I use RGB or CMYK?
A: Please upload files in CMYK color mode for accurate color output. RGB files may look different when printed. -
What is bleed, and how much do I need to include?
A: Bleed is the extra area beyond the final cut size to prevent white edges. Please add a 3mm bleed on all sides of your design. -
Do I need to outline my fonts?
A: Yes, convert all text to outlines or embed fonts in your file to avoid font issues during printing. -

Will I get a proof before printing?
A: Yes, we provide a digital proof upon request. You must approve it before we proceed with printing. -
