1. To ensure the best quality and a smooth ordering process, please follow these guidelines when preparing and submitting your files.
2. Accepted formats: PDF (preferred), JPG, PNG, PSD
3. Visiting card size: 92x53mm
4. Make sure all files are flattened and print-ready
5. Minimum resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch)
6. Low-resolution files may appear pixelated or blurry in print
7. Use CMYK color mode for accurate color output
8. RGB files may result in color shifts when printed
9. Keep important text and design elements at least 5mm from the edge
10. Convert text to outlines/curves or embed fonts
11. Ensure all text is legible and within the safe area
12. Carefully check your design before uploading
13. We are not responsible for spelling or layout errors in submitted files
14. Upload your files during the order process or send them via email or whatsapp  (as per instructions)
15. Use clear file names (e.g., BusinessCard_Name.pdf)
16. Orders are typically printed within 2–4 business days

• What file formats do you accept?
  A: We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI, and PSD. PDF is preferred for best results.

• What resolution should my file be?
  A: Files should be at least 300 DPI to ensure sharp, high-quality prints.

• Should I use RGB or CMYK?
  A: Please upload files in CMYK color mode for accurate color output. RGB files may look different when printed.

• What is bleed, and how much do I need to include?
  A: Bleed is the extra area beyond the final cut size to prevent white edges. Please add a 3mm bleed on all sides of your design.

• Do I need to outline my fonts?
  A: Yes, convert all text to outlines or embed fonts in your file to avoid font issues during printing.

• How do I upload my files?
  A: You can upload your files using the option given below, WhatsApp us on the number given below, or email us at printzudio99@gmail.com. Clear instructions will be provided.

• Will I get a proof before printing?
  A: Yes, we provide a digital proof upon request. You must approve it before we proceed with printing.

• Can I make changes after placing the order?
  A: If your order hasn't gone into production, we may be able to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible.

• How long will it take to get my order?
  A: Most orders are printed within 2–4 business days. Shipping time depends on the selected delivery method.

• Do you offer express or same-day printing?
  A: Yes, express services are available on select products. Contact us for urgent orders.

• Can I track my order?
  A: Yes, once your order ships, we’ll send you an email or give an update on call or WhatsApp.

• How can I pay for my order?
  A: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure payment methods.

• Is tax included in the price?
  A: Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Do you offer bulk discounts?
  A: Yes! Discounts apply to larger quantities. Contact us for a custom quote.

• What if there is an error with my print?
  A: If there's a printing issue or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll review and offer a reprint or refund as appropriate.

• Can I cancel my order?
  A: Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once printed, we cannot cancel or refund unless there’s a production error.

• Do you offer design services?
  A: Yes, we offer basic design help and full custom design services. Contact us for pricing.

• Can I reorder a previous job?
  A: Yes, if you have an account, you can easily reorder from your order history.
